One of my favorite local restaurants in Yakima! Clearly owned by a family that knows how to cook Korean meals. I've never had a bad day with Joy Garden, dine-in or takeout. The service is great! Very polite and they give you the space to dine and socialize. I'm very sick today, and decided to DoorDash Sundubu Jjigae. It was my first time having it here and it was perfect! Exactly what I needed; a light yet tasty dinner that settled in well. Joy Garden, please stay with us forever!

Great experience coming in on a cold day. I had a barley tea and the budae jigae and I felt warm and rejuvenated for the rest of the day! Service was quick and attentive. And I loved the ambiance of the restaurant, you can tell they had a dream when they built the place. I will definitely be coming back!

Always delicious food and great service. You need to try the sweet potato noodles. This place is a family favorite.

I was looking for bibimbap in Yakima when I came here the first time a few years ago. I still get it every time, so I have not tried many other dishes. I have been here with others though, and the broccoli & beef dish and the fried rice look delicious. The seating area is usually busy at dinner, and has a busy to-go line, as well.

Best Restauraunt food in Yakima area! We ordered delivery via Door Dash. Everything was packed carefully and looked appetizing despite being subjected to the normal bumps of delivery travel. The Galbi (beef short ribs) were flavorful and melt in your mouth tender, Yakisoba noodles with stirfry veggies just the right amount of smoky/chard flavor, and the beef bulgogi was perfection also. Will definitely order again and hope to maybe visit the restaurant soon.

Sometimes the owner will come right to the table and chat with you. Food has been very good everytime. It is a very relaxing place to eat at. I tried to find something to improve on here but I failed for the most part. The only thing I noticed was that for dishes that are really mostly rice and vegies with a small amount of meat In my opinion I think their price points are just a little bit high. All in All a great place with an Owner that cares and obviously has a passion for what she does. Highly recommended. It is a lot bigger and nicer than you will think looking from the outside.

I've been coming here for years and had amazing food every time I come. I usually get sushi, so cucumber roll and whatever else I'm feeling. They have pho and so many other options. I still haven't tried everything. Their service is also top tier and I get free food when I order to go, not to mention the appetizers they set out when you dine in. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ambiance is good, it is a small restaurant but has a cute vibe to it. I'm going to order some sushi now.

A little ways from the main stuff but so worth it. I walked in and ordered food Togo. The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. It took maybe 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered an Avocado Roll, Chicken Pho, and Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap. Everything was well made and seasoned perfect. The Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap is probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. Joy Garden is affordable and they have daily specials.

Joy Garden is mine and my friends number 1 go to place for lunch! Their food is amazing and they give pretty large portions. I always have enough left over for a second meal. It can be a little spendy but for the amount and quality of food you get, it's all worth it. The staff here is always so nice too. Sometimes it can get pretty busy and packed but even so the vibe of the restaurant is awesome and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a Korean spot in town.
